№ 01Fast logging

Three taps to log.

Tracking shouldn’t break your focus at the table. Start a session, watch it live, and close it out — without thinking about the app.

  1. Start

Three taps and you’re logging. StackWise remembers your last stakes, buy-in, and room, so you’re tracking before the first hand.

  2. Live

A running clock and money-on-table tick while you play. Log a rebuy, re-entry, or add-on in one tap — each stamped with the moment it happened.

  3. End

Cash out, and the session is on the record — real numbers from real events, never rounded or estimated.

Watch it from your Lock Screen, too — a Live Activity and home-screen widget on iOS, an ongoing notification on Android.

№ 02Cash & tournaments

The right math for each game.

Cash and tournaments aren’t the same thing, so StackWise doesn’t force one shape onto the other. Each is tracked as what it actually is.

Cash games

Stakes and hourly that hold up.

  • Track stakes like 2/5 and your hourly rate ($/hr).
  • Pause and resume a session when you step away.
  • Buy-ins and rebuys logged live, each one timestamped.
Tournaments

Buy-in plus fee, counted honestly.

  • A $100 + $10 buy-in is stored as exactly that — entry and fee, kept separate.
  • Re-entries and add-ons roll into your true out-of-pocket cost.
  • ROI is figured on what you actually spent, so it’s real.
№ 03Honest insights

Most trackers will tell you you’re a winner off 12 sessions. We won’t.

Variance is the game. StackWise slices your results by venue, day, time of day, and stakes — and pairs every rate with a 95% confidence range and a sample-size label, so you see what the data can actually support.

StackWise insights by venue: each row shows an hourly rate with a 95% confidence range, hours played, session count, and an 'Early signal' sample-size label
Early signal

Not enough yet to call. We show the range and tell you how much more to log.

Trending

The picture is forming. The confidence range is tightening.

Well-established

A sample big enough to stand behind. Now the number means something.

Tuesdays · 2/5Rate hidden

6 sessions · 19h — below the threshold to show an hourly. Log ~14 more and it unlocks. A win rate off a tiny sample is a guess, not a fact.

Tournament rake9.1%

Shown at any sample size. Rake is a deterministic cost — what the room takes, not a bet against variance — so there’s nothing to wait for.

№ 04Widget & dashboard

At a glance, on and off the table.

A dashboard that adds up — profit, hours, hourly, and ROI across any stretch of time, filterable by cash or tournament. Tap the bankroll chart for a full-screen, scrubbable view and read your line at any point in time. And a home-screen widget so you can log a rebuy without opening the app.

№ 05Your data

No account. Your sessions stay on your phone.

Everything you log lives on your device — no cloud account holds it. We collect anonymous usage metrics to improve the app, never the contents of your sessions or your identity.

  • No account, ever

No sign-up, no login, no email. You open the app and start tracking.

  • Sessions stay on your device

Your logged sessions, notes, and stats live in local storage on your phone — no cloud account holds them.

  • Logs offline

Log a session at a table with no signal — tracking never blocks on the network.

  • Yours to take with you

Import past sessions for free from a StackWise backup, a Poker Bankroll Tracker export, or any CSV. With Pro, export everything as a JSON backup or a CSV spreadsheet, through files and the share sheet.

№ 06FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

What does it cost?

StackWise is free to use with a limit of one logged session per week — enough to answer “am I up or down this year?” Pro removes the limit and unlocks the full insight layer (win rate by venue, day, time, and stakes) for $4.99/month or $39.99/year, both with a 7-day free trial. Prefer to pay once? A one-time $74.99 Lifetime unlocks Pro forever. No ads, and we never sell your data — you’re paying for the app, not becoming the product.

Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Why is my win rate hidden?

Because the sample is too small to mean anything yet. A win rate off a handful of sessions is mostly noise. StackWise shows a 95% confidence range and a sample-size label, and withholds the headline number until your data can actually support it. The one exception is tournament rake, which is a fixed cost, not variance — so it’s shown at any sample size. Curious how big a sample it takes? See our guide on how many hands to know your win rate.

Do I need an account? Does it sync?

No account, and no sync — by design. There’s no sign-up and no cloud account. Your sessions live on your device, not in the cloud. It does mean your data is tied to the device, so keep your usual device backups if that matters to you.

Can I import or export my data?

Yes. Importing is free: bring your history from a StackWise backup, a Poker Bankroll Tracker export (auto-detected), or any CSV with a guided column mapper. With Pro, you can export everything you’ve logged as a JSON backup or a CSV spreadsheet. It all happens through files and the share sheet — your data stays yours, and never needs a cloud account. You can also turn any session into a clean recap card to share, with dollar amounts off by default. Moving from another app? Here’s how to switch in about five minutes.

Which platforms is it on?

Both. StackWise is one app for iOS and Android, with the same feature set on each. On iOS you also get a Live Activity and Dynamic Island for the running session; on Android, an ongoing notification mirrors it.

Does it work offline?

Fully. You can log an entire session with no signal at the table — nothing about tracking needs the network.

How do I cancel?

Manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Note that deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
