StackWise — Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the StackWise mobile application (“StackWise”, “the app”). By downloading or using StackWise, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use StackWise on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial session tracking.
What StackWise is — and isn’t
StackWise is a tool for recording your own live poker sessions and viewing statistics derived from what you enter. It is not a gambling product, does not facilitate wagering, and does not provide betting, financial, or investment advice. Insights and projections are estimates based on the data you log and are provided for informational purposes only; we make no guarantee of their accuracy or of any outcome. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. StackWise is intended for adults of legal age to play poker where they live.
Subscriptions (StackWise Pro)
StackWise is free to use with a weekly logging limit. StackWise Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes the limit and unlocks the full insight layer. Pro is offered on a monthly or annual basis.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we cannot issue store refunds directly.
Your data
Your session data is stored on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
StackWise is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, including any decisions made based on the statistics it displays.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and posted at this URL. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance.
